Official final grades are usually available through TigerWeb Self-Service (Banner) about a week after end of the semester. To see the exact date that grades become official, look at the end of the desired semester in the Academic Calendar.

Here's how to access your grades after they are available:

  1. Log in at https://tigerweb.chattanoogastate.edu with your TigerID and password.
  2. Click on the green circle labeled "Self Service Banner", then click on Log into Self Service Banner.
  3. Click on Student, then Student Records, then Final Grades.

If you want to see grades from past semesters, go to Student Records again and click on Academic Transcript.
Grades from before 2007 are not available online and must be requested directly from the Records Office by submitting a Transcript Request using this form.

Many instructors also post grades in eLearn, but those are not official. Also, your access to eLearn classes ends as soon as the semester ends, so you cannot return later to see your grades.
