If you spend a long time in TigerWeb Self-Service (for class registration, for instance), you may get timed out the next time you click on anything. This can throw you onto a login screen meant for staff only, and if you try too many times to log back in, you’ll be locked out.
If you ever find yourself on a page that says “Banner Self-Service” at the top and it asks for a User ID and PIN (see below), close that page, then return to the TigerWeb login page at https://tigerweb.chattanoogastate.edu and log in there as usual with your TigerID and password.
If you can log into TigerWeb but get a "disabled" error message when you try to access anything in TigerWeb Self-Service (such as class registration or financial aid), you probably locked yourself out of your account. To have your account unlocked, you'll need to submit a Help Request Form.
If you see this page, DO NOT try to log in or you will get locked out.
