Chattanooga State's campus email system uses Microsoft Office 365 online.
You can access your TigerMail by first logging in to TigerWeb (tigerweb.chattanoogastate.edu),
then click the blue "eMail" ball in the Quick Launch area.
To log in:
Your username is your full TigerMail address:
Student format - tigerID@my.chattanoogastate.edu
(Replace tigerID with your TigerID, and remember the dot after "my"!)
Employee format - email@example.com
You then will be redirected to a Chattanooga State page
where you will enter the Tiger password that you set up with the TigerID Wizard.
(It's the same password you use for TigerWeb and eLearn.)
NOTE: If you just reset your TigerID password, you may need to wait UP TO 30 MINUTES before you can log in to your TigerMail.
After you log in, you may be asked to set your Time Zone. We recommend always setting this to Eastern, regardless of where you live. (To see Eastern Time Zone, pull down the scroll bar to see a few more lines of the list.)
If you end up on a page with menu boxes, click on the one that says "Mail" or "Outlook" to take you to your TigerMail inbox.
You can also access your TigerMail without going through TigerWeb:
- Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com.
- Your account name is your full TigerMail address (see above).
Your password is your Tiger password.
- After you log in, you may need to click the square grid icon in the top menu bar to see your options, then click on Mail or Outlook to go to your TigerMail account.
