It would be very difficult and expensive for the library to purchase and update a collection of all textbooks.  Having your own copy of your textbook allows for easy studying and convenient access at any time of day--something the library cannot provide.

According to our policies, the library does not purchase textbooks; it carries only those that are supplied or donated by academic departments or instructors. These collections can be accessed using your valid student ID card and may be requested at the library's Public Service Desk.  Textbooks are for in-library use only.
