Your eLearn email cannot receive email from any sources outside of eLearn. Use only your TigerMail address (@my.chattanoogastate.edu) to send to or receive from outside addresses, such as when forwarding database articles to yourself.

Current students have TWO Chattanooga State email accounts. (Replace tigerid below with your own TigerID.)

  1. eLearn:  tigerid@d2L.chattanoogastate.edu
    Use ONLY within eLearn (D2L).  This account will NOT send or receive email from any account outside of eLearn.
  2. TigerMail:  tigerid@my.chattanoogastate.edu
    Your TigerMail account is a normal Office 365 email account.  Use TigerMail by clicking on the blue tiger paw when in TigerWeb. (You may need to log in to your email with your full TigerMail address [tigerID@my.chattanoogastate.edu] and your TigerID/TigerWeb password.) You can use TigerMail to send to and receive from any email address EXCEPT eLearn email.
