During the hours that the campus library is open, students can call the Student Tech Support desk at 423-697-5595.
You can also submit a Help Request on the Student Tech Support website.

Faculty and other campus employees should call the IT Help Desk at 423-697-3375.

Having an issue with your personal computer or device? You can have it looked at for free by the campus Tiger Techs. The Tiger Techs are advanced students from the Computer Support Technician program, and they help students and campus employees for free every Tuesday in the library and four days a week in the TCAT Building.
