Q. How do I change my TigerID password if I don't have a Social Security number?

I am a foreign student and I don't have a Social Security number.
The TigerID Wizard requires an SS# to change the password.

Normally you must enter the last four digits of your Social Security number in order to change your TigerID password. If you do not have a Social Security number in our system, a password will need to be created for you by our IT Services. Please call 423-697-3375 so this can be done.
