A Bursar is a campus business manager who deals with college funds. The Bursar's Office is located on the first floor of the Student Center (the building that contains the bookstore). They are responsible for billing for tuition and fees, for collecting payments, for processing refunds, and dealing with other money issues on campus. The Bursar's Office does not make any financial aid decisions, but they do disburse excess financial aid funds.
