If you've never logged in to pay fees before, here's the webpage with the most current information:
To log into your child's account, your son or daughter must enter your email account correctly as an authorized user. After they do that, you will be emailed a password to use to log in.
If you have logged in there before but now cannot, you may have accidentally hit the Back button in your web browser the last time you were in, which can confuse the system and kick you out. There are sometimes other issues with certain web browsers.
To fix this problem, try one of these suggestions:
  • Try a different browser, such as Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.
  • Clear the cache in your current browser.
  • Restart your computer to help your browser "forget" the previous problem.
You can also ask your child to make sure that they entered your email address correctly as an authorized user in their account.

If you continue to have problems, please email and explain the problem you're having. Be sure to include your child's A-number as well as a phone number to contact you.
