In order to protect your private information, TigerWeb must confirm that you are using a secure browser before it allows you to log in. Some older versions of the Silk browser used by the Kindle Fire cannot be used to log in to TigerWeb.
PLEASE NOTE: The Silk browser CAN be used for eLearn if you log in directly at http://elearn.chattanoogastate.edu.
To solve the login problem with TigerWeb you will need to install another browser on your Kindle Fire. The Google Chrome app is one browser that can be installed on your Fire. Chrome browser will allow you to log into TigerWeb and will also allow you to use Flash web sites, which Silk browser cannot do.
