A ChattState Student ID card is required for proctored (monitored) tests, for checking out materials from the library, and for other campus services that require proof of enrollment.

Student ID cards are made in the Student Life office, Student Center Building, room S-113.  In order to receive a Student ID card, you must be registered in your classes.

Your first Student ID is free. If you lose it, there will be a small replacement fee to get another one.

Student IDs can be made Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Fridays 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

For more information, contact Student Life at 423-697-2618 or go to the Student ID information page.
