Most MyLabsPlus sites (MyMathLab, MyITLab, etc.) work best with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers.

You can see the full System Requirements of various MyLabsPlus (Pearson) web sites by choose the specific course web site from the dropdown list. Here are the requirements for MyMathLab.

If you have a Windows 10 computer, it comes with the Edge browser, which may have some trouble on the Pearson websites. The icon looks very similar to the Internet Explorer icon, but it isn't the same browser:
