To apply for admission to Chattanooga State, you must submit a completed application along with these other documents.

Other documents that will be needed include:
• Official Transcripts (High School, Other Colleges, or GED);
• ACT/SAT or Placement Scores;
• Certificate of Immunization; and
• Hepatitis B Form for students under the age of 18.

Check the Admissions page on the campus website or the Admissions section of the college catalog for more information.

Note:  Some programs (such as Nursing/Allied Health programs) require admission to the specific program beyond general admission to the College.  For specific admission requirements and application materials, contact the Division of Nursing/Allied Health directly. 

Documents may be: mailed, emailed, or faxed.
Include your A-number (Chattanooga State student ID) on each document.
