Diplomas are usually mailed 6-8 weeks after final grades have posted. All candidates must fulfill all financial obligations to the college prior to receiving their diploma. Please ensure that we have your correct mailing address on file.
If you need to change or correct your address, you must submit a Change of Address form.
Tennessee College of Applied Technology students will be notified by the division when their diplomas are ready for pick up.
High school students graduating from Collegiate High will receive their diplomas from the Hamilton County Department of Education.
