If you cannot open a Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint file and you see a message saying the file may be corrupted, try this:
1) Find your file in the Download Folder.
2) Right-click the file.
3) Select Properties.
4) Go to the bottom right of the dialog box and click Unblock.
5) Click APPLY, then OK.
6) Open file.
