If you can successfully log into TigerWeb but then get a "disabled" error message when you try to access anything in TigerWeb Self-Service (such as class registration or financial aid), you may have accidentally locked yourself out of your account. To have your account unlocked, you'll need to submit a Help Request Form.

This problem can happen if you spend a long time in TigerWeb Self-Service (for class registration, for instance), and then you get timed out the next time you click on anything. You can end up on the wrong login screen, and if you try too many times to log back in, you’ll be locked out.

If you ever find yourself on a page that says “Banner Self-Service” at the top and asks for a User ID and PIN (see below), close that page, then return to the TigerWeb login page at and log in there as usual with your TigerID and password.

If you see this page, DO NOT try to log in or you will get locked out.
