When students see this error message, it means that the login connection (Single Sign-On, or SSO) between TigerWeb and TigerMail is having a temporary problem.
If you see this message and need your TigerMail right away, try this:
Direct access to TigerMail (Office 365):
- Log out of TigerWeb and go to https://login.microsoftonline.com.
- Your account name is your full TigerMail address--for students this is usually tigerid@my.chattanoogastate.edu. (Make sure to include the dot after "my"!)
- Your password is your TigerID (TigerWeb) password.
- After you log in, you may need to click the square grid icon
in the top menu bar to see your options, then click on Mail or Outlook to go to your TigerMail account.
If you are still unable to get to your TigerMail, please submit a Tech Support Help Request. Make sure to describe how long you've been having the problem.
