TN eCampus courses are online courses taught by faculty from any of the Tennessee community colleges. The students in the classes are from any and all of the colleges. These are NOT Chattanooga State courses, but the courses apply towards Chatt State degrees and will appear on a Chatt State transcript.
If a student cannot access their TN eCampus course:
Have them look in TigerWeb to make sure they are still registered for their TN eCampus course. The section number will start with an R.
Make sure they are logging in at the TN eCampus site at https://gotoclass.tnecampus.org, not Chatt State eLearn. The login is NOT their TigerID and password. Login info is on the TN eCampus login page.
At the TN eCampus login page, it usually explains that new TN eCampus students cannot log in until 3:00p Central (4:00 Eastern) on the first day of of the semester. (Use link above to go there now to see current information.) Note: Previous students can log in, but won't see their classes until the classes are activated that afternoon.
If the semester has started and they still cannot log in, there is online chat and a help phone number available on the login page. We cannot see into the TN eCampus system.
