Error Message on payment login page:  Invalid login credentials or The account is locked.

When students or parents log into TigerWeb and click "Pay My Fees", they may end up on a payment site where they are asked to log in with an email address and password. However, nothing seems to work.

Reassure them that they aren't doing anything wrong and/or their account is NOT locked. Normally they shouldn't have to log in at all. (That login is only for staff.) Their web browser has just lost their login information (often because they used the Back arrow at some point) and it needs to be refreshed.

Tell them this:

1. To refresh your browser, first make sure you are fully logged out of TigerWeb. Go to tigerweb.chattanoogastate.edu and click on Log Out if you see it in the top right area of the page.

2.  We also recommend that you clear your web browser cache, including cookies, for the MAXIMUM TIME PERIOD (choose "Everything" or "For all time"), then close and re-open your browser.
3.  Now log back into TigerWeb, then under Quick Launch, click on the green ball that says Banner Self Service.
4.  Click on the green bar that says "Log into Self Service Banner.

5.  (They now should see the Main Menu of Self Service.) Click on Pay My Fees, then Continue, and you should go straight into your account in the payment system.

If they still have a problem, suggest trying a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. They should NOT use Internet Explorer.
