Error: page for Self Service Banner says "Login Verification Change PIN"

 

If you've been into Self Service before but this is a new error, the access PIN has expired. This happens 999 days after they previously created it.

If you are getting a message that says "Web access disabled", call Enrollment Services at 423-697-4404.

If you have been in before but do not remember your "old PIN", enter 123456 as your old PIN and try to create a new 6-digit PIN. (123456 was commonly suggested for students at on-campus Orientation sessions.)
If that doesn't work, call Enrollment Services (ext 4404) to reset the pin to your birthdate.
