"Your Web access has been disabled. Please contact the Computing and Information Services Office for information about your account."

Confirm that the student CAN log into TigerWeb itself but CANNOT access TigerWeb Self Service (for Financial Aid, Payment, Add/Drop Classes, etc.).

This error means the student has been locked out of TigerWeb Self-Service.  Tech Support Help Request must be submitted. If you fill out the form, make sure to include the exact error message.

This problem can happen if the student clicks the link to Self-Service and then is required to reset their "old" access PIN, but enters the wrong information (such as an 8-digit birthdate instead of 6-digit). The student usually ends up on a screen that says “Login Instructions - First Time Login” and the login asks for a User ID and PIN.  If the student is NOT YET LOCKED OUT (no "web access disabled" error), please look at this FAQ to assist them: Self Service - Authorization Failure
